I buy from here a lot. Its only been hsr, genshin, and pjsk accounts so far, until this purchase. Yet, when i get my order, they link a website to log in. The website doesn’t exist according to both opera and safari, leaving me with no account to use. I used both their in-website message and sent them a gmail, and they’ve yet to respond. I sent them the in-website message the day i bought it, 3 days ago. I sent the gmail a day later. I’ve had 0 responses. I didn’t want to make a bad review because i genuinely want to believe this was a slip up, but its hard to confirm when they wont bother to reply.
The support staff was so kind and helpful and the account was delivered instantly. I highly recommend buying here, the team work fast to resolve any issues. Thanks so much, will be buying again!
